Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Prep person to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

We work as a team at Rabbit Rabbit. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to assist others in the kitchen as needed is essential!

Responsibilities

Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all equipment is in good working order. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and cleanliness throughout the kitchen. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Prepare menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage areas. Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the quality and safety of all food products. Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained properly after use.

Requirements

3 years previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment Knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal preparation processes. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed. A passion for hospitality.
