Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring that our food preparation and service operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, with a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are strictly followed. Assist in the daily cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to maintain a sanitary environment. Help with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items using appropriate cleaning techniques. Support the kitchen staff during busy service periods by assisting with various tasks as needed. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all supplies are stocked for efficient operation.

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation or cooking in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. A strong work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen. Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and improve culinary skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
