We are seeking a dedicated Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Duties
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes.
Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Perform regular cleaning duties, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
Support the front-of-house staff by assisting with serving when necessary.
Experience
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is a plus.
Experience in food service or hospitality environments will be beneficial.
Strong attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining kitchen standards.
