We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cook/Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Follow food handling safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
Help with inventory management by keeping track of supplies and notifying management when stock is low.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines within the kitchen.
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation regulations is a plus.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for cooking, food preparation, and providing excellent service in the hospitality industry.
