We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized after use. Follow food safety guidelines for food handling and storage to prevent contamination. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Support other kitchen staff as needed in various tasks such as serving or plating dishes. Assist in inventory management by reporting low stock levels of ingredients or supplies.

Requirements

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods is beneficial. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining a sanitary work environment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in a hospitality-focused environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
