Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients. Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed to maintain food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Support the team by assisting in serving dishes as needed. Participate in maintaining inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen area.

Requirements

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food handling safety practices is essential. Strong cleaning skills and attention to detail in maintaining a tidy workspace. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within the hospitality industry. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cooking and food service. Pay: $18.50-$22.50 per hour
