We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and report shortages as needed. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper cleaning procedures.

Requirements

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food service operations and safety standards. Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining kitchen hygiene. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the culinary field.
