Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment by following sanitation procedures. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests or serving food.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods is a plus. Familiarity with food service operations and food handling safety standards. Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail for maintaining hygiene in the kitchen. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating excellent communication skills. A background in hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
