Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming kitchen environment. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within our establishment.

Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards Assist with food presentation and plating when necessary Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including cooking stations, prep areas, and storage spaces Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to ensure smooth kitchen operations Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed at all times Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to support daily operations Support the team with general kitchen duties to promote an efficient workflow Adhere to safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment preferred but not required Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards Ability to perform basic food preparation and cooking tasks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
