We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Support chefs and cooks in cooking tasks as needed, ensuring that all food is prepared to high standards. Follow food safety guidelines for handling and storing food products. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as necessary. Participate in cleaning tasks at the end of shifts to ensure a sanitary kitchen environment. Provide excellent support to the front-of-house staff during service periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is a plus. Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while following instructions from chefs and supervisors. Knowledge of food handling safety practices is essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the culinary field.
