Job Description

DISH WASHER - FULL TIME (as soon as possible)

Fanny Bay Oyster Bar is looking to add a full time dishwasher in the back of house. No prior experience needed, just a good attitude! This position reports directly to Chef Alex Guido.

Maintain dishwashing station to ensure it is organized, clean, and well sanitized Maintain food safety standards by ensuring all dish ware is sanitized and returned to its proper place Clean and inspect the kitchen, coolers, and all work areas to ensure high levels of cleanliness Take out recycling, compost, and garbage to proper receptacles Communicate any dish ware or mechanical breakage
