Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher and Kitchen Helper to join our team. The Kitchen Helper will assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

At The Hard Bean Brunch Co, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team and help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area. Dispose of trash and recycling materials properly. Assist in stocking and organizing clean dishes and utensils. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a sanitary environment. Support kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. If working mornings you must be able to be able to start at 8:00am. If working nights you must be able to work until 11:00pm.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$21.00 per hour
