Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of food preparation and service. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Assist cooks and chefs with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, pots, and pans. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Help with stocking supplies and organizing inventory in the kitchen. Clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils to maintain a sanitary work environment. Support the cooking staff during peak service times by preparing ingredients and assisting with plating. Follow instructions from chefs regarding food preparation techniques and presentation.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is

; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards is a plus. A passion for food service and hospitality is essential for success in this role. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
