Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen tasks, ensuring a clean and organized environment while supporting food preparation and service. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency of our kitchen operations and delivering high-quality dining experiences.

Duties

Assist with food preparation, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Support cooking staff by ensuring that all necessary ingredients and supplies are readily available. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Help with serving food during meal times, ensuring that all dishes are presented attractively. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Participate in cleaning tasks at the end of shifts to maintain a hygienic kitchen space.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent cleaning skills with a focus on maintaining hygiene standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and efficient. A passion for food service and hospitality is essential for success in this role.
