We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes. Support cooking staff by ensuring that all necessary tools and ingredients are readily available during meal preparation. Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the highest quality of food handling. Help with serving meals during peak hours, ensuring timely delivery to guests. Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow in the kitchen. Participate in inventory management by helping to receive and store food supplies as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is a plus. Experience in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment is beneficial. A background in hospitality or food service will be advantageous for this role. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
