Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. Support chefs and cooks in various cooking tasks as needed. Handle food items according to health and safety regulations. Assist with serving food to customers or guests as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service. Follow all food safety guidelines and protocols during food handling.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment. Familiarity with food service practices and customer service principles. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere.
