Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation, including washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas by cleaning surfaces, equipment, and utensils Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Support chefs and cooks in cooking tasks as needed Help with serving food during peak hours to enhance customer satisfaction Participate in inventory management by restocking supplies as necessary Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required Familiarity with food handling and safety practices is advantageous Experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus A background in hospitality or food service will be beneficial
