Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This role is essential in assisting with food preparation, cleaning, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food service, with experience in restaurant or hotel settings preferred.

Duties

Help with dishwashing and sanitation to ensure compliance with health standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients Support cooking activities under the supervision of chefs or kitchen staff Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures Organize and store ingredients and supplies appropriately Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to promote a safe working environment

Skills

Experience in food handling, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Strong understanding of cleaning protocols and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork and communication skills Knowledge of food service operations and hospitality practices is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends if required
