Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper

Location: Halifax, NS

Pay: $17-$18 per hour

About Us

Asia Restaurant and Bar is a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant in Halifax, known for fresh flavors, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper to join our back-of-house team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

Keep dishwashing and prep areas clean, safe, and organized

Assist with basic food preparation as needed

Take out trash and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness

Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

No experience required -- training provided

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
