V? NAM Kitchen is a modern Vietnamese restaurant dedicated to delivering authentic flavors and a warm dining experience. We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Kitchen Helper/Prep Cook to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about food, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. No experience is required--we are happy to train the right candidate!

Responsibility

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and measuring spices. Assist cooks with food preparation and cooking according to recipes and restaurant standards. Wash dishes, utensils, and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness. Support with setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to keep service smooth and efficient.

Experience and Skills

No prior experience required - training will be provided. Familiarity with food preparation or kitchen work is an asset but not mandatory. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
