We are seeking a dedicated and detailed-oriented Dishwasher & Kitchen Prep to support our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. This role is crucial in supporting our team while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties & responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment.
Dispose of garbage, recycling. and compost following restaurant procedures.
Assist with food preparation, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while following instructions from cooks and chefs.
Keep prep areas clean & sanitized at all times.
strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality meal preparation.
Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting any shortages.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Strong teamwork, reliable and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

Pay: $32,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
