What you'll do

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Assist in food preparation tasks to support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service times. Ensure compliance with food safety standards through proper food handling and sanitation practices. Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall kitchen efficiency and service quality. Support cooking staff as needed, contributing to meal preparation and presentation.

Basic qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings. Familiarity with culinary practices and kitchen operations. Experience in hotel or catering environments is a plus.
