We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste. Assist in food preparation as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff during busy service times. Ensure that all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations. Organize and store clean dishes and kitchen tools efficiently to facilitate easy access for kitchen staff. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in the kitchen are essential for success in this role.
