Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the kitchen environment and be eager to contribute to efficiently running the back of house.

Duties

Wash dishes, flatware, pots, and pans using both manual and automated methods Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish pit and kitchen workstations Take out garbage and recycling and ensure waste areas are clean and safe Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness standards Support chef team during busy service periods Follow health and safety guidelines, including food safety and sanitation procedures Help receive and organize deliveries Assist with basic food preparation and prep station setup as needed Perform other duties as required to assist the kitchen team

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an asset but not required Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work quickly and efficiently Reliable, punctual, and a team player Must be able to stand for extended periods
