As a vital part of our culinary team, the Dishwasher and Kitchen Helper plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This position supports both back-of-house operations and overall food preparation, ensuring our chefs and kitchen staff can work seamlessly to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, including floors, counters, sinks, and food prep areas.
Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
Stock kitchen supplies and organize storage areas to ensure easy access to equipment and ingredients.
Take out trash, clean garbage bins, and manage kitchen waste according to food safety guidelines.
Support in setting up workstations and ensuring all tools and ingredients are ready for daily service.
