As a Food Preparation Worker, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, ensuring that all food items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will assist in various aspects of food preparation, cooking, and cleaning, contributing to a seamless dining experience for our guests. Duties

Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring food items as per recipes and menu requirements. Assist in cooking and assembling dishes under the guidance of chefs or kitchen supervisors. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Support banquet and catering services by preparing large quantities of food as needed. Handle food safely following all health regulations and guidelines to prevent contamination. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors when stock is low. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with serving food when necessary.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or related roles such as restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus. Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic work environment. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated. Culinary experience or formal training in hospitality can be beneficial but is not required. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and guests effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
