Job Description

The candidate will:

Maintain a clean kitchen, properly wash and sort soiled dishes, and appropriately use chemical dilutions. Keep dish area free of clutter and organized. Maintain the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves. Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises. Assist in any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.
