Position Overview

The Dishwasher/Busser is a vital part of the Fluke - A Dining Experience at Blackbush team, ensuring the smooth flow of service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency throughout the restaurant.

Schedule & Commitment

Fluke - A Dining Experience at Blackbush operates a single dinner service

Thursday through Sunday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Team members should expect additional hours outside of these service times for setup, prep, breakdown, cleaning, and team coordination. As a small, collaborative operation, flexibility and reliability are essential -- everyone plays a role in creating an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness of dish area, kitchen, and shared spaces. Assist with clearing tables, resetting for new guests, and polishing cutlery and glassware. Support the kitchen team by organizing clean dishware and assisting with prep when needed. Help with delivering plates to tables during service and assisting in plating where appropriate. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Qualifications

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Team-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed. Prior experience in dishwashing or bussing is an asset but not required. Must have Responsible Beverage Server Program certificate. FoodSafe certificate is considered an asset but not required.

$20/hr + Tips

Hours:

28-40 hours per week
