Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Wash worktables, cupboards, and appliances Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas Scraping and stacking dishes, handling laundry, and running errands Sweep and mop floors and mats Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand Place dishes in storage area Scour pots and pans, and may clean and polish silverware Supervisor may assign other related duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime Effective communication and team-oriented Prior kitchen experience an asset Able to manage to work in a hot environment Ability to multitask while remaining organized and efficient under pressure Understand restaurant operations and dynamics Attention to detail and comfortability carrying out repetitive tasks Motivated by direction and a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $16.50 per hour
