Duties

Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment efficiently. Operate dishwashing machines and ensure they are functioning properly. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and food preparation areas. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support cooks and chefs. Help organize kitchen supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Skills

Experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices within a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen. Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards is beneficial.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
