Key Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish station and surrounding areas
Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal
Follow proper sanitation procedures and health regulations at all times
Support the culinary team as needed with light prep or restocking
Communicate any equipment or supply needs to the kitchen supervisor
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused during busy shifts
Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented kitchen
