Key Duties & Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils, ensuring they are ready for use. Maintain a clean and organized dish area, keeping it stocked and functioning efficiently. Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed, including peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients. Ensure the kitchen and equipment meet health and safety standards, following all cleaning and sanitation guidelines. Remove trash, sweep, and mop kitchen floors, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient service during busy shifts.
