Executive ChefCome work with and learn from Victoria's own Executive Chef Kristian Eligh and celebrated Pastry Chef Dominique Laurencelle as they design seasonally focused menus that celebrate the global and locally sourced ingredients.
Ranked #27 on Canada's Top 100 Restaurants and named Best New Restaurant in Canada in 2024, Marilena is celebrated for its locally sourced West Coast cuisine.
