We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking. Properly store clean dishes and kitchen equipment in designated areas. Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations. Support the kitchen staff during peak hours by providing timely assistance with cleaning tasks. Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures for handling food products.

Skills

Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is a plus. Knowledge of food service operations and food handling practices. Excellent teamwork abilities with a focus on hospitality and customer service. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
