Job Title: Dishwasher & Support Staff

Location: Tiny Market Co. - Toronto, ON

Hours: Full-time (Morning Shifts & Night Shifts)

Start Date: Immediately

About Us:

Tiny Market Co. is a cozy and welcoming neighbourhood hotspot in Toronto, where creative food and community vibes come together. We host seasonal tasting menus, run a bustling lunch service, and operate a retail space curated with our house-made pasta & provisions. We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our small but mighty team.

This is a great position for someone who's ready to step into a dynamic position, where your job is not only to help keep our space organized & clean, but step into other prep roles when needed. We have the philosophy that starting from an entry level position is the best way to grow & develop a strong skillset - if you're interested in learning the inner workings of the restaurant business, you'll experience that here. This job is anything but boring!

What You'll Do (Depending on your shift time):

Look after dishpit & wash all dishes from prep, lunch & event service Maintain cleanliness of kitchen & prep areas Closing shift - Close the shop following event clean up (key holder) Reorganize tables & chairs, dishes, floors, bathrooms Support the team with any odd jobs they need assistance with (pasta portioning, etc) Organize garbages & maintain cleanliness of the garbage disposal area

Is not currently studying, or has flexible hours Has a flexible schedule & can work days, late nights & weekends Is reliable, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Is organized with strong attention to detail Is a proactive problem-solver and team player Is excited to grow within a small business and take on new responsibilities Can self manage & create task lists for themselves
