The work nature of this position is cleaning, washing plates, preparing food materials and implementing the maintenance of dishwashing machine and/or food handling equipment.
Shift Time
Shift Range: 11:00 to 22:00
5 days or 6 days a week
Job Duties
Maintain plate ware and utensils are clean and sanitized by using dish washing machine
Execute the cleaning duty of work sections
Perform all closing and cleaning tasks as instructed
Prepare food materials such as raw meat and food garnishments when it`s needed
Handle and store food materials based upon workplace sanitation/safety standards
Help maintaining the tools and equipment used in the workplace
Qualifications
Be positive and able to work at a fast pace and under pressure.
Be flexible for working and rotating shifts.
