JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide all areas of the restaurant with clean, sanitized dishware on a timely basis. To maintain the dish area in a good state of organization, repair and sanitation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining quality and speed of output. Adherence to cost control guidelines
COMPETENCIES

Ability to maintain sense of urgency, keep momentum. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently. A positive, outgoing personality.
