We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Duties

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and food preparation areas. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Help with the storage of clean dishes and utensils in their designated places. Dispose of trash and waste materials properly throughout the shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleaning of items during peak service times. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and basic kitchen operations is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds). A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service in a supportive role within the kitchen team.
