We are a family-owned restaurant inspired by the authentic flavors of Mexico City, and we take pride in maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen. We're currently hiring a

part-time Dishwasher

to join our team. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position that plays a critical role in the daily operation of our kitchen.

Job Responsibilities

Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dish machines and sinks Maintain overall cleanliness of the kitchen, dish pit, and trash areas Follow all cleaning, sanitizing, and food safety procedures strictly Take out kitchen garbage and recycling as needed Assist with kitchen prep or deliveries when needed Stay organized and focused during busy service hours Be on time, follow instructions, and stay productive throughout your shift

What We Expect

Able to

safely lift up to 40 pounds

Comfortable working in a

hot, loud, fast-paced kitchen

Able to follow verbal and written directions without constant supervision

Reliable and punctual

Good communication and a team-first attitude Respectful, professional behavior at all times Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a kitchen or restaurant is helpful but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay & Benefits

$17.85 per hour
