Key Responsibilities:

Collect, wash, and sanitize all dishes, cutlery, glassware, and cookware Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, tools, and appliances Take out trash, clean floors, and keep dish pit and storage areas organized Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks as required Ensure all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met Follow direction from the Chef and respond to kitchen needs in real time

Qualifications:

Maintains cleanliness and works in an organized manner and orderly manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn is a must to ensure kitchen culture stays at an all time high

Must be physically able to lift and transfer heavy and hot items

Overtime and hours outside of the typical working schedule may be required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure

Ability to work as part of a team
