Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using appropriate cleaning methods.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and equipment.
Ensure that all items are properly stored after cleaning to maintain organization.
Do the disposal of waste and recycling in accordance with health regulations.
Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is required.
Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
