The Bottega team works diligently to provide a warm and welcoming ambience, providing guests with a memorable dining experience. We are currently looking for a Dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment The Dishwasher is responsible for supporting the restaurant staff by helping the kitchen. They ensure that dishes are done in a timely manner, the garbage and recycling are taken out and the floors are swept and mopped. Candidates should be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wash dishes and ensure availability of clean dishes
- Sweep and mop floors
- Keep kitchen area clean (floors, tables and equipment)
- Empty garbage and recycling
- Supporting the restaurant staff by assisting with other tasks, as needed
- Follow food safety procedures
- Flexible schedules (day shift available 2x per week)
- Staff meals and taste weekly specials
