Overview

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Dishwasher to join our vibrant cafeteria team. In this role, you'll be ensuring that all dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment and eating areas are spotless and ready for service, along with assisting with breakfast and lunch service by replenishing buffet tables.
Shift would be Monday to Friday 8am-2:30pm

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and thoroughly to meet health standards. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and eating areas by sweeping, mopping, and organizing workspaces regularly. Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or portioning when needed, supporting the team during busy service times. Follow all health and safety regulations to keep the environment safe for everyone. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by being dependable, punctual, and proactive in your duties.

Qualifications

Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not required training will be provided! Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and food handling safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, catering support, and kitchen operations. A positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and reliability.

Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 32.50 per week
