We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, and equipment. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients. Support banquet services by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for events. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in the organization of the dishwashing area to promote efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in bussing tables or serving is a plus. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation is advantageous. Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality.
