We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized promptly. Responsibilities

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Organize and store clean dishes and kitchen tools in their designated places. Monitor dishwashing supplies and notify management when inventory is low. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow during peak service times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong cleaning skills with a focus on maintaining hygiene standards. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in the hospitality industry. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
