Duties

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards Help with inventory management by organizing clean dishes and kitchen supplies Support kitchen staff during peak hours by providing timely assistance with cleaning and food service tasks Adhere to health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen environment

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques Knowledge of food service protocols and sanitation practices is advantageous Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing time efficiently
