Duties

Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Organize and restock clean dishes and utensils in designated areas for easy access during meal service. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required. Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain high standards of hygiene. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is a plus. Familiarity with food service operations and food handling practices. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. A background in hospitality or hotel experience can be beneficial for understanding customer service expectations. Pay: $17.85-$22.97 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
