We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties

Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients. Support the kitchen staff by bussing tables and clearing away used dishes promptly. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in catering events or banquets as needed, providing support in food service operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation practices is a plus. Experience in food preparation or cooking is beneficial for supporting kitchen operations. Knowledge of bussing techniques and banquet service can enhance performance in this role. A background in culinary arts or hotel experience is advantageous for understanding kitchen dynamics.
