Duties

Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently. Ensure all kitchen items are properly sanitized and stored in designated areas. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and surrounding kitchen spaces. Help with the organization of supplies and inventory management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Strong work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy items. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
