Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Food Preparation Worker to join our team at Dragon Fort Restaurant. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of our signature dishes and ensure that our kitchen operates smoothly. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of food items according to restaurant recipes and standards. Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Support cooks and chefs during peak hours to ensure timely service. Participate in inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages. Perform basic cooking tasks as needed under the supervision of kitchen staff.

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as required.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
